PageBlox utilizes the blueprint.css framework, a thoroughly tested solution used by thousands of sites. Also, PageBlox is really, really fast!
• Is PageBlox a replacement for programs like Dreamweaver?
  No. Dreamweaver is a complete package that allows you to create entire sites without coding. PageBlox is a tool that allows you to create the layout, often the hardest part of getting started. Once you create a layout, styling your elements with CSS is trivial and fun.
• Does PageBlox generate HTML5?
  By default, HTML is output with the HTML5 doctype so generated code is HTML5 compatible. Using all of HTML5's features (which are continuously evolving) can really only by done by hand coding. I am considering adding options for basic CSS3 styling
